Claire had a great time at the Botanical Gardens in Huntsville.  There was a traveling 'tree house' exhibit with 13 tree houses for the kids to play on!  They also got to release butterflies in the butterfly house.

My gardening buddy

We have been working on our garden this week.  Tessa has been 'helping' in her own little way. We planted squash, tomato, cucumber, eggplant, lettuce, corn, and green beans. We also filled the turtle sandbox.

Chores

Sweet Graham found a way to do chores and entertain his sister at the same time!  Happy Hump Day!

Spring Break finale!

We enjoyed many fun times on Spring Break.  The kids loved Busch Gardens!,  Tessa ate her first 'crackers with sand',  the ocean was glorious and most of all, family time was precious!

We have been enjoying our Spring Break in Indian Rocks Beach Florida!  Oh how the sun and surf can calm the soul.  Tessa loves her freedom at the beach!  It has been so good to just relax and have family time!

Happy Easter!

One tired little girl and one busy girl!

After lunch Tessa fell asleep in her highchair, then Claire worked on her Easter 'lamb' treats ! A good time was had by all!

Some new skills

Claire taught Tessa how to use sidewalk chalk.  She is thrilled with her new skill!  She also has learned how to pet the kitty "Rascal" without her running for the hills.  It takes some doing but she has mastered the art!
