Spring is in the air!

Enjoying some pool time!  The water is too cold for this Mom to swim, but the kids had a blast!  No news on the adoption front.  Sources tell us that we have a few months before we get our LOA. 

Spring Break Time~

We are on a stay-cation this year because the Vol and Frog have different Spring Breaks.  The weather is gorgeous today so the kids spent quite a bit of time outside!  It has been wonderful so far~!

Update.....

The Vol ran a 5K at a school fundraiser........he is second from the left

The Frog's class visisted the Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville.  The girls loved the Mars Climbing Wall!

The Space Shot was also a hit!  The Frog's teacher is on the left.  She is a trooper!

The Frog didn't want to be photographed and the Vol wasn't too happy that I took his picture.  The Princess,of course, was totally cooperative!

We were surprised to receive an update about our little dumpling yesterday!  She is growing slowly, not able to stand on her own, and gets angry when she is hungry!!!  We are grateful for this little piece of news during the long wait.  At the least, we know that she received our care package.  This small update definitely sweetened our Easter!

Everyday the Princess checks to see if the bunny left a surprise.  Unfortunately, the bunny hasn't made it yet.  But, she did receive 'mail' from R and reminded the Frog that she is 'my friend'!

Spring Gardening.....

The Princess was thrilled to 'harvest' the first of our lettuce and onion of the season!  We have so much fun watching our garden grow.
